Viewing Attachments Using the Menu 

To see attachments in an Operation: 

1. Open the Menu > Views > Operation > Operation Grid. 

1. Right-click the Operation that contains the attachment you want to review.  

Click View in the shortcut menu. 

1. Click ATTACHMENTS in the Operation Builder Menu on the left. 

Click the Attachments listing you want to view. 

Click the View icon in the column on the left. 

1. If the attachment is not supported for Viewing, a notice appears saying the item is being downloaded instead. 

1.  Go to the bottom-left corner of your computer screen. Click the downloaded file. It will open for viewing.  

8.7.2 Viewing Attachments Using the Tree 

The Tree now displays all Attachments that have been uploaded to an Operation.                                  To see these attachments: 

1. Scroll down the Tree. 

1. Open Operations > the target Operation > Attachments > the target Attachment. 

1.  Right-click on the target Attachment to View or Download the file. 

Note:   Small images and Text files (.TXT) will display in a popup window inside Evolution.  When you attempt to view other file types, Evolution will ask you if you would like to download the file. 

1. Go to the bottom-left corner of your computer screen. Click the downloaded file. It will open for viewing.
